This return and refund policy details the steps for returning unwanted or defective items within a specified timeframe. Customers are encouraged to try products while keeping them in good condition, including tags and packaging.
1. Scope of the Policy
This policy covers the return process for unwanted, damaged, defective, incorrect, unexpectedly fitting, or counterfeit products purchased from Bae Style Nepal website, along with refund procedures and third-party logistics limitations.
2. Definitions
- Return: A process allowing buyers to return items and receive a refund under specified conditions.
- Defective Product: A product that cannot be used as intended.
- Damaged Product: A product that is broken or scratched.
- Incorrect Product: A product that differs from what was ordered.
- Not Fit: A product that doesn't fit correctly in size.
- Logistic Center: The facility that processes and dispatches orders.
3. Time Frame
Return requests must be initiated within 3 days of receiving the product.
4. Requirements for Return
Products can be returned if:
- They are defective or damaged.
- They are incorrect or Unexpected Fit.
- They are unused and in original condition, with tags and packaging intact.
5. Conditions for Return
Bae Style Nepal can facilitate returns if:
- The product is returned within the specified timeframe.
- The product is undamaged and unused.
- All necessary components, including invoices, freebees and packaging, are included.
6. How to Return Products
- Please, open the package delivered under your order the moment you receive it and if found damage, defective, incorrect or not fit then you can return it to the delivery person right away.
- Or you can also make a return request from our website, To do so, kindly visit the Bae Style Nepal website, log into your account, select the order, choose the product to return, and submit your request.
7. Return Process
- It may take up to 7 working days for the product to reach our Logistic Center. A quality check will determine the validity of the return claim.
- Valid claims will be processed for refunds within 7 working days.
8. Refunds
- Refunds will be processed after the product is checked at the Logistic Center.
- For Cash on Delivery (COD) payments, refunds may take 7 working days to process.
- While refunding, Total Order value will be refunded to customer by deducting the delivery charges incurred while delivering the product to the customer.
- Refunds will only be issued to a valid bank or wallet account belonging to the customer.
